This was by far the best experience I’ve had regarding customer service in a very long time. Melissa is lovely to work with, very knowledgeable and helped me tremendously through this process!Directions:
From Colonie, NY:
- Head northwest on Central Ave toward Tull Dr
- Turn left after Wendy's (on the left)
- Slight right onto Albany St
- Turn right
- Mabey’s Self Storage - Colonie will be on the left
From Guilderland, NY:
- Head southwest on Willow St toward US-20 E
- Turn left at the 1st cross street onto US-20 E
- Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto NY-155 E/New Karner Rd
- Turn left onto Albany St
- Turn right
- Mabey’s Self Storage - Colonie will be on the left
From Schenectady, NY:
- Head north on Jay St toward Liberty St
- Turn right onto Union St
- Turn right onto Balltown Rd
- Use any lane to turn left onto NY-5 E
